“ A wonderful meal at the Crazy Crab to kick off our family vacation. We were a huge group and the restaurant was so accommodating. They offered us free hush puppies as we sat down and brought all our food and drinks out quickly. A special shout out to Beth, our server and fellow former Buckeye. Thanks CC for a great night out! ”
“ Great service! Tasty food. Had to ask for more water. Swordfish, salmon and stuffed flounder all good. Fried green tomato appetizer was so tasty and hush puppies came at no charge. ”
“ We had a great overall experience. The crab legs and broiled seafood platter were delicious. We also had the baby back ribs and chicken dinners. The desserts were even amazing. Lastly, our server Beth was excellent. She was very attentive and gave great recommendations. ”
“ We had such a pleasant lunch experience here. Lunch was not crowded at all, which is a good time to go there I'd say. The wait staff was super attentive, friendly, and helpful. The food was excellent. The hush puppies were probably the best I have had in my life. The snow crab legs boil ("the original") were of good quality, super delicious. My kids' fish and chips were also good, the breaded fish was yummy and generous. Not to mention the view of the marsh definitely added to the experience. I would highly recommend and go back the next time we visit Hilton Head. ”
“ We've gone to the crazy crab at Jarvis Creek for years as well as the one at Harbourtown. I think they have some of the best she-crab soup, fried shrimp, and hush puppies on the island. The biggest thing I like about crazy crab is their consistency in food preparation. You always know exactly what you're going to get. Other family members had shrimp and grits, grilled salmon, and crab legs. Everything was excellent! ”
“ Our waitress, Beth, is an example of what all waitresses should be. Friendly, responsive, fun, knowledgeable, and overall just really excellent. Some of the best service I’ve seen this season. I could really tell that Beth loves her job. The food and atmosphere were also pretty good. I liked how they were able to make a custom order (the salmon Mac & cheese picture) since I like my salmon better plain. ”
“ This place is crazy cool on the creek and best of all it has a little playground for the kids to play on while we eat. The food is good and exactly what you would expect. Staff is friendly, and goodness the parking is abundant. This place is popular and very difficult to actually pull into from the road and out of safely but well worth it! ”
“ I would highly recommend this place! It was delicious, I got the stuffed flounder and I had such a pretty view. Service was fast, food was great, view was pretty. Can’t ask for more. If you have a big party call and reserve a table ahead of time, the place fills up fast. Lots of parking space onsite. Ramp for wheelchair accessibility ”
